Physical fitness/what to do to stay fit/types of exercise.




Physical fitness is basically living a healthy life or well-being and performing the daily basis tasks or activities with full of your ability without any health issue with less efforts.

Basics of unfit (unhealthy) people

Doesn’t eat clean or proper nutrition, they are always far away from doing the physical exercise, doesn't get sufficient rest, feels tired, soon gets discharge (in terms of energy) while doing the daily activities.


Basics of fit (healthy) people

A fit person always eat clean never skips his/her exercise, doesn't get tired soon, always feels energetic, a fit person must have enough energy to enjoy sports and other curricular activities after performing all his daily basis activities, in short we can say that a fit person can respond effectively in any situation.


What to do to get physically fit. 




A physical fitness can be generally gain through proper diet, doing physical exercise and sufficient rest (sleep).


Exercise is the most important thing you can do to make yourself physically and mentally fit. There are many different types of exercise but it is important for you to choose the right one.


1. Aerobic - some of the common aerobic exercises are swimming, jogging or running, cycling, walking and dancing which helps to improve your heart rate, breathing rate, blood pressure. 

2. Balance - some of the common balancing exercises are one leg standing, one leg squats, handstand this can help you to walk in an uneven path without failure and improves strength and stamina.

3. Flexibility - flexibility exercise stretch your muscle and help you to stay elastic (flexible). This includes yoga and stretching exercises.

4. Strength - strength exercises build your muscle and make it stronger, some are weight lifting, push-ups and pull-ups.

Including exercise in your daily life may difficult at first but believe in yourself soon you will find it convenience, even you can exercise for 10 minutes in beginning of your exercise and increase the time as per your strength and stamina.
