As you guys already know that whatever you want to achieve in your life is totally depend on you that how you are facing a situation whether you want to be a rich or a successful person if you will make an effort on it then only you will actually be successful, like this if you want to be healthy you should have to be tough in your decision and start making an effort on your health.




Fact about the unhealthy people  



1. Doesn't care and never sets the goals for themselves.

2. They always hesitate to interact with new people.
3. They mostly think that the people don't like them.
4. Blame their health on genetics they never found them responsible on their health.
5. Blame to their destiny.
6. They easily believe in untrusted health experts so as to get the quick response in their health.
7. They avoid to listen to their health experts. 
8. Facing some health issues.
9. Avoid doing exercise. 





Problems with unhealthy people

This is not always that the unhealthier people are not trying to be healthy or not working on them they do but the problem with them is 
1. Lack of motivation.


2. Lack of expert advice.

3. Hearing bad words from their surroundings like (you are been working on you since this this and still you looks same) this demotivate them. 
4. They doesn't have patience like (they think that they are been working since many days and still they doesn't find any change on them then they start living their old life).


Important fact

Please make sure that if you are fat, skinny or unhealthy since 10 years then you should have to work on you for atleast half of the year you were being suffered.  
 
Habits of the unhealthy people

1. Doesn't eat clean, avoiding eating healthy foods.
2. Always feel tired.
3. They are always far away from doing exercise.
4. Never scheduling their daily life activities, for instance ( they never sleep on time)  
5. Doesn't get sufficient sleep.
6. Loads their work on someone.


Healthy habits for life

1. Make plans - Start making plan and schedule everything about your daily life activities including exercise, from waking up in the morning to sleeping at night. 

2. Eat clean and healthy -  Always search about the food to know the benefits and the nutrients you are getting from it.

3. Exercise properly - Schedule your weekly exercise chart and perform well and correctly according to your planned schedule, try to perform new and difficult exercise so as to make yourself tough.

4. Get sufficient sleep - Taking sufficient rest and sleep is important to stay healthy whether to sleep for 5,6 or 7 hours you will always feel refreshed after waking up.

5. Create healthy environment - You can create a healthy environment by surrounding yourselves with the healthier people.

6. Don't make excuses - Create yourself like not to make excuses in any situation so as to make yourself tough.
